Zoig is the best amateur website out there. I've recommended it to many people. I think you could make a few improvements to the video chat - maybe allowing more than 3 cams (5?) letting the cams pop up in separate windows, creating a zg+ room for members only,

ZOIG IS AWESOME! People Need to know that it's a great way to make new friends, if they would just follow through on meeting and greeting in real life.
